description

White Heath Aster ‘Snow Flurry’ (Symphyotrichum ericoides ‘Snow Flurry’) is a charming fall-blooming perennial selected for its short, compact, carpeting habit, quite different from the taller straight species. Its low, spreading form makes it perfect for creeping through rock gardens or cascading over boulders, adding texture and movement even before it begins to flower!

Blooming from September through October, masses of small white daisy-like flowers with sunny yellow centers blanket its ridged, trailing stems. It performs best in full sun with dry to average, well-drained soil and is well suited for tough conditions.

This late-season standout attracts butterflies, bees, and other pollinators when nectar sources are becoming scarce, making it both beautiful and ecologically valuable.
